M.L.King Day: Snow. Temperature rising to near 24 by noon, then falling to around 14 during the remainder of the day. Wind chill values as low as 1. South southeast wind 5 to 10 mph becoming west in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.
