Palatine police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 4:00 AM Saturday January 20, 2018 to numerous trouble alarms near 1100 East Randville Drive Palatine, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received reports of numerous problems with burglar and fire alarms at about 4:00 a.m.
Some power started returning to normal by 4:33 a.m.
ComEd reported up to 1800 customers were without power at about 4:15 a.m., but the online ComEd map available to the public only reported about 364 customers without power.
