The offenders are described as …
a Hispanic male, thin build, wearing black framed glasses, a dark coat and blue jeans;
a Hispanic female, wearing a black top and gray sweat pants, pushing a cart with a car seat and pink blanket; and
a Hispanic male, heavy set build, wearing a black top and black pants.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Sunday, December 24, 2017 between 4:59 PM and 5:18 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 0:19 (hours: minutes).
