About 13 pedestrians were hit by a white SUV that was driven onto a sidewalk on Flinders Steet between Elizabeth Street and Swanston Street in Melbourne, Australia.
Ambulance Victoria confirmed that 13 people were transported to area hospital, and that some of the injuries were serious.
A witness reported that the SUV was traveling about 60 mph on Flinders street before the collisions.
Two men in the white SUV were immediately arrested by police.
