Schaumburg police responded about 11:10 AM Sunday November 12, 2017 to a bank robbery at the TCF Bank in the Jewel-Osco, 2501 West Schaumburg Road Schaumburg, IL. Police received a report that a man robbed the bank while implying he had a gun.
The offender was described as a male/Hispanic, age 22, 5’5″ 230 LBS, with glasses and a mustache, wearing a gray and black hoodie, and gray sweatpants.
No direction of travel or vehicle description was initially available.
A man, also described as a male/Hispanic suspect, robbed the TCF Bank in Jewel-Osco in Streamwood at 217 East Irving Park Road about 40 minutes later at 11:50 a.m. The banks are 2.5 miles apart via Barrington Road and Irving Park Road.
