Hurricane Nate made its second landfall as a Category 1 hurricane about 1:30 a.m. ET near Biloxi, Mississippi, with maximum winds of 85 mph, the National Hurricane Center.
The first landfall of Hurricane Nate was at 8:05 p.m. Saturday October 7, 2017 as a Category 1 storm near the mouth of the Mississippi River on the southeastern Louisiana coast.
By 4:00 AM Nate was a Tropical Storm and moving out of the Biloxi forecast area, tracking northeastward through Alabama.
