Arlington Heights police received a report about 6:46 PM Sunday September 24, 2017 of a theft at Party City, 111 West Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders took the victim’s unattended wallet from the restroom. The wallet was described as a pink and cream Vera Bradley wallet contained a passport, driver’s license, cash and credit cards.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Sunday, September 24, 2017 between 6:30 PM and 6:45 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 0:15 (hours: minutes).
