Pivotal Research reaffirms its sell rating for Facebook shares, predicting its profitability will decline as it transitions to more video content advertising.
A Pivotal Research Group analyst said in a not that Facebook’s Ad Manager claimes to reach more 18- to 24-year olds that actually exist in the United States, according to census data.
Facebook replied by saying the reach estimates are designed to show how many people in a given are eligible to see an ad, “not to match population or census estimates.”
