Arlington Heights police received a report about 5:56 PM Sunday July 9, 2017 of a theft at Target parking lot, 1700 East Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders removed four center caps from the rims of the victim’s black 2013 GMC Terrain while it was parked in the Target lot.
The offender was described as a white male, in his late 40’s, 5’10, with a medium build and short brown hair, wearing a white shirt and denim shorts. The offender left the area in a blue or purple color GMC SUV driven by a white female with dirty blond hair, wearing a light-colored tank top.
The cost to repair/replace the damage/loss was unknown at the time of the police report.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Sunday, July 9, 2017 between 5:30 PM and 5:55 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 00:25 (hours: minutes).
