Lake Zurich police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 4:06 PM Monday July 17, 2017 to a report of a motorcycle crash at Ela Road and Cuba Road Lake Zurich, Il. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that the crash involved a motorcycle that flew over the vehicle. One male patient was seriously injured on the scene.
Police on scene reported a patient with a head injury.
A second ambulance requested by 4:18 p.m. — Ambulance 323 was assigned. Three patients with apparent medical refusals were assessed by Ambulance 323’s crew.
Ambulance 322’s crew left with one patient with life-threatening injuries by 4:26 p.m., transporting to Level I Trauma Center Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge
