Arlington Heights police received a report about 9:31 AM Wednesday July 19, 2017 of criminal damage to property at the Lake Arlington Boat House, 2201 North Windsor Drive, Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders criminally damaged the sink at the Arlington Heights Park District boat house at Lake Arlington. The cost to repair the sink is estimated at $100.
The crime is reported to have occurred between Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at 07:00 PM and Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at 09:30 AM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 14:30 (hours: minutes).
A residential burglary was recently reported to have occurred a few days before — overnight Saturday/Sunday — at a house on Jonquil Circle, which borders the southeast shoreline and bike path of Lake Arlington. Cash was taken, and offender(s) entered an open window, and damaged the screen and a sink faucet.
