Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 8:03 AM Monday to a report of crash with injuries at Arlington Heights Road and Miner Street Arlington Heights, Il. Ambulance 2 and Squad 2’s crew discovered an intersection crash while already en route to Northwest Community Hospital with a patient. Squad 2’s stopped to check for injuries, and requested an ambulance to the scene — Ambulance 1 was assigned.
Ambulance 1’s crew on arrival requests a second ambulance.
Arlington Heights Road and Miner Street is a dangerous intersection because blind spots caused by buildings close to the corners.
