Rolling Meadows police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 2:54 AM Friday to a report of an unconscious man in a vehicle on a ramp at Route 53 and Euclid Rolling Meadows, Il.

Firefighter/paramedics received a report that a Cook County Sheriff’s Deputy out with a person unconscious, but breathing, in a vehicle at the top of the ramp from NB Route 53 to EB Euclid Ave.
