Flooding is possible in central and northern Calif. and coastal Oreg. this weekend, with additional precipitation forecast next week. Meanwhile, Winter Storm Warnings are in place for parts of the Southeast and southern Mid-Atlantic where several inches of snow, locally up to a foot, may fall.
