Waukegan police responded about 9:16 PM Friday to an armed robbery at the Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant, 1802 Washington Street Waukegan, IL.
The suspect was described as a male black, 5’10” thin build, wearing a ski mask and black jacket. The suspect was last seen fleeing on foot eastbound through the alley toward Elmwood Avenue.
The suspect’s weapon was described as a black handgun.
The offender took an unknown amount of cash.
The crime is reported to have occurred at 9:16 p.m.
