Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 3:18 PM Friday to a report of crash with injuries at Fernandez Avenue and Haven Drive Arlington Heights, Il. Police on the scene with a taxi driver that was kicked in the head requested an ambulance respond to the location on Fernandez Avenue near Heritage Park.
