The suspect was eventually caught and charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving and aggravated assault.
A female 911 caller reported a severe road rage incident with a vehicle driving west on Thomas Road near 77th St in Scottsdale on Thursday November 11, 2016 about 6:30 p.m. A 9-1-1 dispatcher talks to a woman who is being chased by the erratic driver.
The victim eventually reported the offender hit her vehicle seven times.
The victim’s call lasted 8 minutes and 13 seconds, while she traveled 3.6 miles. After she stopped, the offender pulled into a parking lot where he made a U-turn back onto Thomas Road and struck an SUV at 48th St, and then swerved into a police vehicle. Scottsdale police then arrested Jowen Noel Moses after a brief struggle.
