Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 5:26 PM Sunday to a report of a house fire at 2142 North Orchid Lane Arlington Heights, Il. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a resident saw smoke in the first floor of a residence.
Police, first on the scene, reported smoke showing from the south side of the roof.
Ambulance 4’s crew on arrival reported smoke showing from the B-side (left side of the front of the house).
Battalion Chief 1 reported crews have a working fire.
The fire was extinguished in a short time, but the exact time was not available.
