Arlington Heights police received a report about 12:01 PM Tuesday of criminal damage to vehicle in the block of 1600 North Belmont Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders criminally damaged the victim’s 2004 black Chrysler Town & Chrysler with BB pellets.
The cost to repair the damage was unknown at the time of the police report.
The crime is reported to have occurred between Monday, November 14, 2016 at 9:00 PM and Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 12:00 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 15:00 (hours: minutes).
Eight other vehicles were reported damaged with windows shot out by BB pellets in north Arlington Heights with three of the vehicles damaged in same neighborhood on Lynnwood Avenue and Douglas Avenue.
The damage in the previous eight vehicles was reported to have occurred overnight Sunday/Monday.
