Hoffman Estates police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 3:59 PM Thursday to a house fire at 1766 W Shorewood Drive Hoffman Estates, Il. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report of a house fire at the rear of the house with flames showing.
Police on scene reported that a shed was on fire near the rear patio deck.
Crew on arrival reports a shed on fire about 6 feet from the rear of the home. Fire crews report they are using a pre-connect, and will not need to upgrade the fire department response.
