Arlington Heights police responded about 5:02 PM Saturday to a report of a retail theft by fraudulent return at Kohl’s, 800 West Dundee Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an offender completed a fraudulent return and received $131.98 in store credit. The offender was described as a white female, 30-years-old, with blonde hair, wearing a white collared shirt, a multi colored tie, black pants and a black apron with pockets.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 5:01 PM.
