Donald Trump told a group of Polish Americans Wednesday that his administration “would be a true friend to Poland.” (Sept. 28)
Donald Trump spoke today at the Polish National Alliance Headquarters on the northwest side Sauganash neighborhood of Chicago for about 20 minutes.
Presidential candidate Donald Trump said today, “We’re committed to a strong Poland and a strong Eastern Europe as a bulwark for security and liberty.”
Trump said we want NATO to be strong, which means we want more countries to follow the example of Poland.
Trump pointed out a Bill Clinton quote (while campaigning for Hillary) saying “Democracy is too much trouble” for Poland apparently because he disagreed with Poland’s opposition to bring in refugees, while his wife wants to bring in refugees from Syria in the United States at a rate of 550 percent more than Obama.
