Samsung Electronics Co. says it will replace millions of Galaxy Note 7 devices because of reports of battery fires, a setback for its recovery efforts. WSJ’s Lee Hawkins explains.
Battery fires and explosions have occurred during charging with at least 35 incidents reported involving the Galaxy Note 7 phones worldwide by the September 2, 2016.
