A weak frontal boundary has spawn weak thunderstorms south of Plainfield, Illinois along a line east of Kankakee and west to Morris, Peru, Princeton in Illinois and just north of Davenport, Iowa. Thunderstorms formed along this line are likely to drift southwest. Smaller isolated thunderstorms are possible in Arlington Heights and the northwest suburbs with an average of about 0.25 inch of rain until about 7:00 p.m. Saturday.
