Waukegan police received a report about 10:15 PM Wednesday of an armed vehicular hijacking at Ash Street and Porter Street Waukegan, IL. Police received a report that two men attacked a motorist and took a white 2001 Dodge van, license V 70 3959.
The offenders are described as two male/black subjects, approximately 22-years-old.
The offenders are reported to have punched the victim in the face. One of the offenders displayed a handgun.
The offenders were last seen fleeing in the vehicle southbound Jackson Street from Porter Street.
