Schaumburg police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 3:29 PM Sunday to a report of crash with injuries at on Eastbound I-90 at MilePost 66.75. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that several people were injured in a crash on eastbound Interstate 90 at MP 66.75.
Several patients were transferred by paramedics off of I-90 to Wiley Rd near the Nicor Gas Building.
There was also a report of a crash with an altercation somewhere near Roselle Rd. Units handling both crashes.
Eastbound I-90 was backed up to Barrington Rd at 3:50 pm.
Multiple Illinois State Police units were at MP 65.5 (west of Roselle Rd) at the crash scene with the altercation.
