Arlington Heights police received a report about Friday of criminal damage to property at 303 East Olive Street Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders removed three fire extinguishers from the school construction zones and deployed them in the area of the school.
The extinguishers were recovered, but were damaged in the incident. The three fire extinguishers were valued at $100 each.
The crime is reported to have occurred between Friday, April 1, 2016 at 12:00 PM and Monday, April 11, 2016 at 7:00 AM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 235 (hours: minutes). There was no explanation why it took almost ten days to recognized the criminal damage on school property.
