Calumet City police responded about 7:55 PM Wednesday to an armed robbery at Macy’s at River Oaks Center, 1 River Oaks Center Calumet City, IL. Police received a report of an armed robbery — not confirmed whether the armed robbery occurred inside Macy’s or in the parking lot near Macy’s
Suspect #1 was described as a male/black subject, age 25, light complexion with dreadlocks,wearing all black clothing
Suspect #2 was described as a male/black, age 25, shaved haircut, unknown top, and black Nike boots.
A large black semi-automatic handgun was displayed.
The offenders took cash(?), a Galaxy 6 cellphone, and Apple iPhone 4, and a black Telle Coat.
The crime is reported to have occurred at 7:55 p.m.
The offenders were last seen northbound on Torrence in a white Dodge Charger.
