The Arlington Heights Farmers’ Market, managed by the Arlington Heights Historical Society, is planning to open its Market on Saturday, June 4 in the parking lot right across the street from the Museum, at the corner of Vail and Fremont. The Market will run from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., every Saturday, June 4 – October 15.
Vendor offerings will include fresh produce, plants, vegetables, meats (including Bison), olives, eggs, breads, pastries, herbs, flowers, cheese, jellies and honey. A vendor that provides knife sharpening services also will be at the market. The Market generates funds to manage the collections and programs at the museum and at the same time, offering high quality, nutritious food source to our community.
The Farmers Market is an ever changing experience as new produce becomes available throughout the growing season and new events are planned through the year. Check out the list of vendors by clicking here.
If you are interested in participating as a vendor, musician, non-profit organization or volunteer, check out the Farmers’ Market website for details and applications: www.ahfarmersmarket.org
