An estimated 5,000-7,000 people were in the Pavilion as of 5 p.m. and the line still stretches several blocks around the building. Hundreds of protesters are outside the Pavilion. The event was scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. Thousands of protesters were outside the UIC Chicago Pavilion. Several protesters and Trump supporters were escorted out after inciting confrontations with each other.
