Gradually increasing winds overnight, with an east to southeast wind 15 to 25 mph becoming southwest about 2am to 3am. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph from the west-southwest by 5am. HIGH WIND WATCH in effect from March 16, 07:00 AM CDT until March 16, 08:00 PM CDT. Rain chance of precipitation overnight is 80%, but diminishes after midnight. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible, but probably less than one-tenth inch will fall after midnight.
