UPDATE: A Virginia State Trooper was critically injured and a shooter has died after an exchange of gunfire at a Richmond, Virginia Greyhound Bus Station. Two bystanders were also injured, but initially it was not known if they were hit by bullets.

An active shooter situation is over with at least six people shot, and the shooter in custody. Initially it was reported that two of the people shot were law enforcement officers.
Two Virginia State troopers and a woman were shot near the Greyhound Bus Station, 2910 N Boulevard in Richmond, Virginia. A trooper returned fire, and the shooter was also shot. The shooter is dead.
A Virginia State Trooper is reported to be suffering life threatening injuries.
