Glendale police and firefighter/paramedics responded to a report of a shooting at Independence School near 75th Avenue and Glendale Avenue.
Police confirmed that two teenagers were shot at the high school. Glendale police did not confirm the students’ genders or whether they were students of Independence High School.
The school is on lockdown, but police have stated that the incident is not an active shooter incident.
