Several reports of trees down, power lines down and power outages starting to accumulate Wednesday night. Numerous smaller outages occurred as power line service drops and primary lines in back yards were down throughout Chicagoland.
A large tree is reported down at Ela Road and Dundee Road. Palatine Rural firefighters were on the scene there.
A large tree was also down across the road at Old McHenry Road just north of Cuba Road. Long Grove firefighters were on the scene there.
A large tree was also down on Green Bay Road between Atteridge Road and Laurel Avenue in Lake Forest, where the Lake Forest Fire Department was on the scene.
