Wheeling police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 12:59 AM Wednesday to a report of a gunshot victim at 853 McHenry Road Wheeling, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a gunshot victim was located in an apartment. Police found the victim in a parking lot. Initially the location of the offender was unknown, but the scene was secured for paramedics to treat the patient by 12:05 a.m.
