VIDEO: Firefighters extinguish a Chevrolet Trailblazer that caught fire while a woman stepped in to Walgreens at Campbell Street and Wilke Road.
Arlington Heights police and firefighters responded about 1:27 PM Thursday to a report of a Chevrolet Trailblazer on fire in the parking lot near Walgreens, Campbell Street and Wilke Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a Chevrolet Trailblazer was well-involved with a fire. Police were on scene first and confirmed the fire.
Firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the fire which engulfed the SUV from the engine compartment to the rear compartment.
No injuries were reported.
An extra fire engine crew was requested to the scene to assist a truck company and a rescue squad crew.
