A man refused to leave his house for several hours while at least 20 police officers, a SWAT team and crisis negotiators assembled near the house.
Police have declined to say why they want to talk to the man, but reported that a family member, who was not inside the home, called police Thursday morning.
A perimeter was established around the home and nearby neighbors were asked to stay inside.
Neighbors started to notice a SWAT-like police response about 11:30 a.m. with officer carrying long guns.
