The Marching Illini are the capstone band this year performing as the entrance act for Santa Claus in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade. Don’t take our word for it (in case timing is off) but we think the Big Ten Marching Illini with 375 members will appear on national television about 10:54 a.m. (ALL TIME ZONES) on NBC on Thanksgiving morning. The Marching Illini are performing in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade for the first time in Illinois history.
