The new GoPro Hero+ has Wi-Fi connectivity and will be able to shoot better-quality video than the company’s least-expensive version of the camera.
GoPro now has an inexpensive camera with Wi-Fi connectivity. Hero+, an entry-level action cam, costs $200 and includes Bluetooth and WiFi.
The Hero+ also features up to 60 frames per second 1080p video and an upgrade in still photography from 5 megapixels to 8. Scheduled availability for the Hero+ on store shelves is October 4th.
The company is also planning to release a camera drone
