Palatine police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 2:46 PM Monday to a report of crash with injuries at 46 East Palatine Road Palatine, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that car hit a building and one person was unconscious. A later report stated the driver was up and walking outside the car.
Palatine’s Fire Battalion Chief upon arrival reported a car completely into the building.
Firefighter/paramedics reported no entrapment and apparently no contact with a support wall.
Paramedics were immediately assessing the driver. A search of the building found no other patients.
The building involved is a strip mall with a glass storefront.
