UPDATE: Inbound (eastbound) Metra train passed over bridge about 8:17 a.m. At 8:40 a.m. an outbound (westbound) Metra train was still halted just east of the railroad bridge at Davis Street and Northwest Highway. Outbound train (westbound) train passed over bridge at 8:47 a.m.

Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 7:54 AM Monday to a report of a vehicle stuck on the railroad bridge at Northwest Highway and Davis Street Arlington Heights, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a vehicle was stuck under the railroad bridge at Davis Street and Northwest Highway. All Metra trains on the Union Pacific northwest line are halted because of the incident.
Firefighter/paramedics were out inspecting the bridge by 8:00 a.m.
