Hoffman Estates police responded about 2:13 AM Tuesday to 1055 Valley Lane Hoffman Estates, IL. Police received a report that an armed robbery occurred in an apartment parking lot on Valley Lane near Hill Drive, just south of Golf Road and Higgins Road.
Police received a report that four suspects were involved in the crime with two females in the front seat and two males in the back seat of a Nissan.
One female was described as a female/white subject, and the other was described as a female/Hispanic.
Two males in the back were only described as male/black subjects.
Police received a report that at least one of the suspects was armed with a knife, and that possession of a handgun was implied.
The crime is reported to have occurred about 2:13 a.m. Tuesday, May 12, 2015.
It is unknown if there were injuries connected to this case. Police found a man with blood in his mouth at the intersection of Higgins Road and Jones Road about 2:15 a.m. The intersection is located about three to four blocks northwest of the reported crime scene at Valley Lane and Hill Drive.
Hoffman Estates Police Department has no known Twitter account and had no news of the incident on their official web page at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday night.
