Elk Grove Village police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 4:53 AM Thursday to a report of an injured person following a mugging at a motel at 1000 West Devon Avenue Elk Grove Village, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a person was jumped.
The crime is reported to have occurred at about 4:45 a.m. The offender was not believed to be in the area.
