Men shot outside NSA were dressed as women.
NSA police responded about 9:30 a.m. ET to a report that a vehicle rammed into the gates of the National Security Agency headquarters at Fort Meade in Maryland.
Firefighter/paramedics responded to treat two gunshot victims and possible crash victims. Aerial photos from news choppers show what appears to be a body covered by a white sheet. Two vehicles appear to be damage — a police SUV with moderate to heavy damage — and another SUV.
Two men dressed as women were shot. One of the men was killed; the other was transported to a local hospital with a gunshot wound to the chest.
Terrorism has been ruled out. So there is no confirmation that there was any harmful intent by the men that were shot.
