Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday on Thursday, November 27, collection services for refuse, yardwaste and recycling will change for single-family residences served by GROOT, the Village of Arlington Heights’ service provider.
The last days of landscape waste collection are Monday, November 24 for residents living north of Oakton and on Tuesday, November 25 for residents living south of Oakton. Any remaining bags of landscape waste, bundles of branches, or Christmas trees can be placed at the curb for pick-up during regular landscape collection days from January 5-13.

Friday, November 28: garbage and recycling pick-up
