Offender one is described as a black female, 5’6-5’8 ft. tall, 180-200 lbs., hair in a ponytail, last seen wearing a bright pink winter coat, blue jeans, and carrying a black purse.
Offender two is described as a black female, 5’6-5’8 ft. tall, 180-200 lbs., hair in a ponytail, last seen wearing a dark winter coat, black and white striped pants, and tan winter boots.
