Buffalo Grove police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 10:53 AM Wednesday to a report of crash with injuries at Lake Cook Road and Arlington Heights Road Buffalo Grove, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that there was a crash with entrapment, but first responders arrived to find no people trapped in their vehicles.
Multiple vehicles apparently involved with light-to-moderate damage. Westbound Lake Cook Road temporarily was blocked west of Arlington Heights Road. Lanes on southbound Arlington Heights Road were also blocked at the crash scene.

Ongoing road construction/re-surfacing is in progress along Arlington Heights Road in the northbound lanes on both sides of Lake Cook Road.
