Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 4:11 PM Thursday to a report of a road rage incident on Arlington Heights Road just south of the intersection of Arlington Heights Road and Euclid Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a man in his 50s was punched in the face in a road rage incident. The man pulled over in a driveway just south of Euclid Avenue and spoke with police and paramedics.

The man received a bloody nose, but was not transported to the hospital. No word on whether any charges will be filed. No description of the driver or the offender’s vehicle was available.
