The Woodfield Mall P.F. Chang’s China Bistro is the only Illinois restaurant among its 33 restaurants nationwide where credit and debit card information might have been compromised.
On Monday the P.F. Chang’s Woodfield Mall restaurant in Schaumburg was listed as one of the chain’s 33 compromised restaurants listed Monday as being involved in a potential breach of its credit card processing system between April 10 and June 11, 2014.
“The potentially stolen credit and debit card data includes the card number and in some cases also the cardholder’s name and/or the card’s expiration date. However, we have not determined that any specific cardholder’s credit or debit card data was stolen by the intruder,” the P.F. Chang’s said Monday in a post on its official website.
Scottsdale, Arizona-based P.F. Chang’s China Bistro Inc. owns P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and Pei Wei Asian Diners.
