Palatine police arrested a DUI driver3:54 AM Sunday near on Palatine Road near the intersection of Palatine Road and Quentin Road Palatine, IL. Tyler J. Russ, a 24-year-old male residing in the 4500 block of Crab Orchard, Hoffman Estates, was arrested after a traffic stop on westbound Palatine Road near Quentin Road.
The driver was observed driving with improper lane use.
Palatine police reported that charges included Improper Lane Use, DUI, and DUI with BAC over .08.
Police transported the driver in custody to Palatine Police Department Headquarters. The driver’s vehicle was towed to a police holding area.
